Our approach
How we work.
And why it matters.
We've worked at agencies that were great and agencies that weren't. The difference was almost always process — how the work got planned, who did it, and how clients found out what was happening.
DAHK is built around what we wish those places had done.
Senior people do the work.
At most agencies, you meet senior staff in the pitch and then get handed to juniors. We don't have juniors yet, by design. Whoever does your audit is whoever runs your account. When the senior who pitched you disappears after the contract is signed, that's the most reliable predictor of the relationship going sideways.
We charge for clarity. Not hours.
Monthly retainers, fixed scope, clear deliverables. You'll never get a surprise invoice or wonder what we did this month. If scope changes, we tell you before the work starts, not after we've already done it.
Hourly billing rewards the wrong things. Retainers with vague scope reward the wrong things differently. We'd rather be clear about both sides of the deal.
We share the dashboard. Not just the report.
You get live access to your performance data — the same tools we use, updated in real time. Monthly reports add context and recommendations on top of that, but the underlying numbers are never hidden behind a PowerPoint we control.
Most agencies build reporting they own. We build reporting you own.
Short contracts. Real exit clauses.
First engagement is a free 30-minute intro call. After that, month-to-month retainers. If we're not delivering, you leave with no penalty. No twelve-month lock-ins, no auto-renewals, no exit fees disguised as "transition costs."
We've watched too many agencies hide behind long contracts. The work should keep clients, not the paperwork.
One team across channels. No handoffs.
Most agencies divide work by channel. You hire them for SEO, the SEO people do their thing, and when you ask why your paid social isn't reflecting the search demand you're now generating, nobody has an answer — because nobody on the SEO side talks to anyone on the paid side.
We don't work that way. The same five people plan and run across all six channels. The person who knows what's working in your paid media is the person sitting next to the one fixing your SEO. Cross-channel insight isn't a feature we're charging extra for — it's just how we work because the team is too small to silo.
