We are the data controller for any personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

One thing: the contact form on dahk.se.

When you fill it in, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send us. That's it. We don't run analytics. We don't set cookies. We don't track you across the web. The site has no third-party scripts collecting data on our behalf.

Why we collect it, and on what legal basis

We collect contact form submissions to reply to you. The legal basis under the GDPR (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)) is:

• to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, where you've contacted us about working together, and
• our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We don't use the data for anything else. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't share it with anyone.

How long we keep it

If your message leads to a working relationship, we keep the correspondence for the duration of that relationship and for seven years afterwards, which is how long Swedish bookkeeping law (Bokföringslagen) requires us to retain records related to commercial agreements.

If your message doesn't lead to a working relationship, we delete it within twelve months.

Where the data lives

Contact form submissions are sent by email and stored in our email provider's infrastructure. We use established providers based in the EU or operating under appropriate transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) where data crosses borders. We don't store form submissions on dahk.se itself.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you,
• ask us to correct it if it's wrong,
• ask us to delete it,
• ask us to restrict how we use it,
• object to our use of it,
• receive a copy in a portable format, and
• lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se) if you believe we've handled your data improperly.

To exercise any of these rights, email finance@dahk.se. We respond within thirty days.

Cookies

The website does not set cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add a feature that requires them — we'll update this page and ask for consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, contact people who have an active relationship with us.
