What this site is
dahk.se is a website that describes our consulting services. It's a public, informational site. We don't sell anything directly through it.
If you want to work with us, that happens through a separate engagement agreement we'll send you after the intro call. These terms cover the website itself — not any commercial relationship that follows.
What you can and can't do on the site
You can read it, share links to it, quote short excerpts of our writing with attribution, and submit the contact form in good faith.
You can't scrape the site at scale, attempt to break it, submit misleading information through the contact form, or use any of our content to train an AI model without our written permission.
Normal browsing is encouraged. Abusive use isn't.
Our content
Everything on dahk.se — the writing, the design, the structure of the pages — is our work. We retain all rights to it. You're welcome to link to any page, quote brief excerpts with attribution, or refer to us in your own writing. You can't republish substantial portions, redesign your site to look like ours, or pass our writing off as your own.
If you want to use anything beyond fair use, ask. We'll usually say yes.
The advice and opinions on this site
Everything we publish here is our genuine view of how this work should be done. But it's general writing, not personalised advice. Nothing on the site constitutes a recommendation to do or not do anything specific in your business. If you want advice that applies to your situation, that's what the intro call is for.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we don't guarantee it. Things change. Verify anything important before acting on it.
Liability
We're not liable for losses that result from your use of the site, including decisions you make based on what you read here. This isn't us being unfriendly — it's a standard limitation that applies to public informational content. If you become a client, separate liability terms apply in your engagement agreement.
This limitation doesn't exclude liability for anything Swedish law doesn't allow us to exclude, including gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both are established providers operating under their own terms. If one of them has an outage, the site or form may be temporarily unavailable. We'll fix things as fast as we can but we don't guarantee uptime.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that can't be resolved through conversation will be heard in Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).
